Product Overview

This xeno-free and feeder-free media is uniquely formulated to grow and expand induced pluripotent stem cells. This formulation was developed and refined over decades of bench work using CET’s proprietary cell lines. This media has been shown to support iPSC growth for up to 20 passages without significant colony variation.

Media is shipped with gel packs.

Overview

Cells isolated from red marrow collected from a single adult human donor and then passaged three times to assure consistency. Vial contains approximately 500,000 cells. Shipped with dry ice.

Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal cells (BMSCs) contribute to the homeostasis of musculoskeletal tissue as well as support for the growth and differentiation of primitive hemopoietic cells.

BMSCs are extremely versatile and have been used in a host of tissue differentiation
applications including but not limited to adipogenic, chondrogenic, osteogenic and neural cell like conversions. These cells can be used for a range of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications.
