Human Amniotic Membrane Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs)

$1,000.00

Cryopreserved vial of human amniotic membrane iPS cells (~500,000 cells)

SKU: CR1018-500 Category:

Product Overview

Cells isolated from amniotic membrane mesenchymal stromal cells and reprogrammed to maximum pluripotency using our patented, non-integrating episomal DNA-based method, which leverages a proprietary mix of transcription factors and a small molecule cocktail to maximize programming efficiency and pluripotency.

This cell line was validated for pluripotency based on colony morphology, alkaline phosphatase staining, and expression of SSEA-4. Cells are free of Mycoplasma and exhibit classical iPS colony morphology and growth characteristics.

Vial contains approximately 500,000 cells. Shipped with dry ice.
